About the project

The remediation of the last brownfield site in the Prague 5 district will create a new residential area close to a large forest park. Its benefits will include the connection to the city ring road with excellent connections to the centre of Prague or the D1 motorway.

Urban design

Made up of family houses and apartment buildings, the neighbourhood will have everything needed for new residents: a playground and outdoor gym for children and adults, shops, services, offices and a place to relax in nature. We have designed the functional residential concept in collaboration with Ian Bryan Architects.
