We are preparing a new industrial centre near Brno
Progresus investment group in cooperation with the international development company GARBE Industrial Real Estate is preparing the construction of a new industrial park in Brno‑Pohořelice. Two new halls targeting the international BREEAM Excellent sustainability certification will offer a total lettable area of over 31,000 sqm.
Construction of the Garbe Park Brno South project will start this year, with completion and handover to tenants scheduled for 2025. The new industrial centre will consist of two buildings with a leasable area of over 11,000 sqm and 19,000 sqm, bringing the total leasable area to over 31,000 sqm. The location of Brno-Pohořelice near the D52 motorway, 23 kilometres from the Austrian and 52 kilometres from the Slovak border, is strategic for all companies interested in international transport.
The new project is targeting international BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level. Progresus is also interested in the highest ESG certifications for other planned industrial centres that will be added to the Group’s development and investment portfolio this year and next.
